Tried a 0-60 but it was absolutely Pissing down with rain but still got 4.5 0-60 just by flooring it in dynamic...... Launch control and rain didn't go well..... all fours spun for about a metre and got 5.2.....?

What type of performance box ????RSDave wrote:Recently purchased a Performance Box (for obvious reasons....and was just wondering if anyone else has had the chance to have a go with one...?

one thing to check on 'setup' is that you have 1 foot of rollout selected if you want to compare your numbers to the popular US based car magazines, or compare to quarter mile times at dragstrips all around the world. That rollout means the clock won't start counting time until you have moved 1 foot...this is to match the dragstrip timing systems, and for whatever reasons the larger magazines use this procedure. Edmunds Insideline shows the times with and without rollout to give you an idea of the impact. Usually about 0.2 seconds faster with the 1 foot rollout.RSDave wrote:Recently purchased a Performance Box (for obvious reasons....and was just wondering if anyone else has had the chance to have a go with one...?

Yes, I know how to access the data on a computer, on dry day will make full HD video along with data, are you based in the States then?sakimano wrote:do you know how to open the .dbn file to produce a chart etc? Shows the data from the run (i.e. time, distance, MPH, height (elevation)).
Would be cool to see a good rip on dry pavement. The RS5 launch control is apparently very effective. Video would be nice too...I'm really looking forward to the arrival of the RS5 over here this summer.
