Are these the ones you bought?

I've got LED's + resistors wired for DRL and side lights, also got Dectane's fitted at the rear, interior set would be nice.

I changed all my interior lights to LED and can definitely recommend it. They look so good especially at night.

Hi there been slowly replacing my yellow OEM bulbs- drl were easy and perfect now with PIAA, but just fitted the led side light replacements (PIAA ones that look like to LEDs in place of the old bulb) and they appear to be flashing of pulsing- not completely off but there is definitely a twinkle - its also in sync across both lights. Anyone had this before.... help!

That's the bulb failure system detecting that the LEDs are taking so little current that it thinks they are blown incandescent bulbs.

You either need LEDs that don't trigger the bulb failure warning system (not all that claim to do that actually work) or resistors in parallel.

Sorry for holy thread resurrection.... but, can the warning display be removed using Vag-Com?

Fancy the LED's, but really don't want to start installing resistors - as in my opinion it's a paradox to use low energy components only to then put resistors in to artifically increase the load... and all just to remove some silly warning display...

The less load on the electrical system and alternator, the more fuel efficient it will be too.... :)

Hi All

We sell LED sidelight bulbs that are CANBUS compatible, they won't flicker or cause light warnings.

Won't need the resistor mod with these right? Just simple plug and play?
