Thanks for that, the car is ariving on a flatbed tomorrow & i have now requested an advance copy of the dealer appraisal for this car as i havn't seen one or even been offered one yet!

All the verbal descriptions have been very positive i.e. "one of the best we have ever seen, our bodyshop experts confirm all original with no dents or scratches" etc etc and it looks real shiny in the Photo's!!! :nodder:

We'll see......

Well it takes big Cahunas to buy sight unseen but here's hoping it works out for you, :biggrin2:

Looks like Audi still have it listed for sale http://www.audi.co.uk/used-cars/used-ca ... c=se_na_re_

Does look amazing - if it was an Avant I'd have taken a nosey though slightly above my budget.

Deposit Paid, balance of price to pay when the car arrives, so if it's obviously a dog i can still walk away :bigwave:

Hope it's dry tomorrow so i can see the bodywork properly...

Yup it even has some extra's the dealer didnt mention for some reason (I-Pod connection and Bluetooth) and arrived with a full tank of petrol so thumbs up to Stratford Audi (Although the Petrol seems to be evaporating pretty quickly!!)

There seems to be quite a few 06 cars advertised on line with the black optic pack...no?

I think it's a major operation to change the chrome out for black optics after the car has left the factory.
