Even if he gets the asking price, why would you waste in excess of £15K (dependent on options he satest it has) over 4.5 years for 1900 miles of driving. Madness!

There's pretty good evidence that a car doing as little as 1900 miles in nearly 5 years will have more mechanical problems than a car that has done 100,000 miles in the same time (twice average mileage).

BTW Macdaddy didn't say it's a "waste of a car" just that it's "not good for a car to sit like that".

You need glasses, he most definately states "what a waste of a car" if he didn't mean it he would have just said "not good for a car to sit like that". what's wrong with this forum nit picking or what

You need to wind your neck in and be a bit more diplomatic; funny how you have had issues with other forum members which you have stated before in your 74 posts yet you still come back? They are all entitled to their opinions as you are but if you don't like what is posted, don't read it. I tend to share the same opinion that using a car for 1900 miles in 5 years irrspective of the owners circumstances is not healthy for these cars as they were designed to be driven and therefore a waste of what was designed and marketed to be an everyday usable performance car.

If I was only doing 1900 miles in 5yrs I would rather hire a supercar for whichever weekend per year I want to drive it. Would probably work out cheaper too.

1900 miles in 5 yrs is a waste IMHO.
