Great Idea...

Thought about the Evo Triangle / Bala Lake as a venue?

mini convoy sounds good, i'd be well up for the meet. Anyone on here from Hampshire/Dorset/Surrey? Could arrange a suitable place for all to pick up the convoy.

We will be running Round 5 of Time Attack and EDC at Modified Live at Cadwell Park at the end of July on Sunday 31st.

I can easily arrange for a prime spot for you guys to have a clubstand to give you somewhere central and secure to have your cars and be able to wander around the show and see some fairly radical machinery rather than what alot of shows have which is bodykits and little else. I will be there in my Avus Avant so that can be one car to keep yours company for a start, although we usually use it as a course car !! lol

This is a bit more south than some wanted, but if you did the Moors/pub/driving thing on the saturday and then headed south in the evening for a stopover nearer to Cadwell then you could have the mingling/talking/watching racing/polishing cars vibe the next day and make a weekend of it.

Just a friendly offer if it helps have something to make a weekend of it and give the rest of the family something to do rather than just talk cars.

This sounds good i used to follow thime attack when i had the RA as Paul from Zen performance used to be in it who used to map my car, great venue and day/days out, full of petrol heads and its a kind offer

Wherever we have it some people would have a long way to travel as we are all dotted about so a 2 dayer might solve all problems also like Santa Pod (tis abit south though but is a 2 day event so can camp/stop over) they do performance days and as a group we will have our own compound to display etc plus you can have a blast up the strip in RWYB that way i can show all you saloon owners that your extra 2 doors equals my lard arse bonnet and wings :jump_clap:

Here's another possible venue: http://www.blytonpark.co.uk/

Depending the date, there might be something interesting on there?
