Halesowen Audi

Post by S14 » Thu May 26, 2011 12:29 am

Been up to them for my Brake fluid change and health check. Dealt with James Jones head of servicing and how refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about the customer. Took time out to talk to me about my car and offered a drink etc

He mentioned another member from here Necksarlum?? has also used them for his RS4 and says he does log onto this forum occasionally.

I asked if they could check the DRC for me which they did FOC and found 2 leaking shocks..They are going to replace them under the Audi goodwill warranty! :biggrin3:

Otherwise car is very healthy which i am not surprised by as it drives beautifully..

Anyone who is Midlands based, i'd highly recommend them and ask for James. He even offered a software update, which i declined as my car doesn't have any of the cold start symptoms so i'd rather leave it alone for now,

Thanks for the info - that's reassuring to know. I am not far from Halesowen. I may go down and see James and get them to check mine out too.

Purchased my car last October from Birmingham Audi shirley - they are bit of a trek for me.

Nice one

Ps are you based near central bham?

Good result on the DRC. And good to know of another good dealer in the Midlands. FWIW, Sytner Nottingham have been good to my RS4.

Yeah I log-on occasionally :)

I like to think of Halesowen as the Camberley Audi of the Midlands.
The more RS owners that go there, they'll get .

I'd never go to Birmingham Audi again, you feel very remote when talking to the advisors there while at Halesowen they seem more human.
The premises are a little more traditional which helps.
