Probably didn't shop around or negotiate. Anyway, i'll be happy as long as I can get a decent enough price for it and a replacement. That's the challenge at the mo.

if its sport cats, and you dont like the noise ... I'd change the cats, and stick with the cat back

considering its got valves, it shouldnt be too much louder than stock when valves shut ... and then you get to unleash thunder when you want to

Take the sports cats out and the noise is about half what it is now, just about OEM sport mode with valves shut and a bit louder with them open. It also depends on whether it is resonated or non resonated; the latter is louder.

You'll have to have the remap taken off as well as it is tuned to hi flow cats, not the OEM ones. It will ride very rough if you don't.

Yep, thats what I am hoping :D ....I have just PM'd Doug as well for a quote for a non res- valved and non valved also. Waiting to hear back. Re the detailing just about to PM you, see if we can work something for you.

I called MRC a couple of weeks ago and was quoted around £ 1600 +Vat +fitting. If £1400 is correct I would be v interested in going there to get one fitted .
