I suspect that there are so few cars with it that they didn't bother but yes it would have been great.I would have liked Audi to integrate the TPMS properly with the RNS-E though. The "CAR" button is a complete joke on the RNS-E and showing the TPMS data (pressure, temperature and battery state) for every wheel sensor woiuld have turned it it a really good safety feature. The data is available on the CAN bus so it would take no more than a software upgrade...
New RS4 mostly fantastic, but a couple of minor snags

TPMS was standard on the RS4 and an RS4 without an RNS-E is much harder to sell (in the UK at least), and Audi bothered to write special software for the instruments - so I think they should have written the software for the RNS-E to show TPMS data (especially as it would have been used on any A4 with TPMS and sat nav not just RS4s).neckarsulm wrote:I suspect that there are so few cars with it that they didn't bother but yes it would have been great.

check for a nail in one of the tyres, that fks with the sensor. Mate in office has been moaning abt his for 18 months, fixed last week with a new tyre and a small nail found in the old one.
