So Audi have admitted the fault and will cover the issue for 5 years. What happens after that? If you continue your Audi warranty you are OK but with other warranties e.g Warranty Direct. Will they cover an item that is known to be at fault?

Aye, totally agree with you that I didn't need an argument with the dealership :)
I'm only meaning that it seems a pretty common problem otherwise the chances are they'd not know about it.

mine were replace about 18 months ago and they replaced all four, think only two were leaking though, need to look ack on my receipts as it was before i got the car.
