Thumbs up for Camberley Audi

Post by Plodwyn » Tue May 25, 2010 12:13 am

Having been totally disillusioned by my local dealers, took the recommendation from members on this forum and booked into Camberley Audi for a service. Only mentioned that the front shocks were leaking and to be honest thought would have to return for these to be done, only to be delighted to be informed that they hold them in stock and would be doing them as well as the service! incl brake and air con service. Car sorted on return and immaculately looked after.
Rob Chorley is a star and the standard of customer service is exemplary. I took the round trip from south wales and it was the best thing I could have done. I recommend any body who loves their RS models to make the trip as these people know how to do it properly.
Thanks again to Rob and the staff

you only hear the bad, thanks for giving the good...
I suspect there is much more good > bad, but it's not 'drama' to be positive...lol

I have. This was after my wee trials & tribulations last year which was resolved after visiting Rob & Stuart '@ Camberley. However, I don't think this priase was ever relayed to Camberley.

Camberley = excellent service, good communications/feedback, enthusiasm for the RS brand & 'for going that step further'...

Just experienced the "Camberley service" this week, gotta say they were superb, had my front DRC's changed and a few other little niggles done, what stood out is the communication from Martin Cox and the fact that Rob the tech came out to talk to me about what he had done. Top job!

My local dealer after taking car in for DRC problems, knocking and leaking, told me that the pressures were correct so would not replace.

Rob tested and found them to be faulty and replaced, no problems.

Also fought long and hard with Audi re warped discs , long story but all done and dusted now.

Can't recommend them highly enough.............

I'm seriously thinking about taking mine there for it's pre end of warranty check, come to think of it, mine only needs servicing once a year.........................
Must admit though, Tyneside Audi and RS tech Richie Thomas have looked after mine very well so far !

I've also been hugely impressed with CAmberley and took the trouble to email Jeremy Hicks. Credit where due etc. And it was 1 120 mile round trip for me.

Once I'd heard of Camberley Audi's service I always used them and it was a 300 mile round trip for me.

Agree with all the comments regards Rob & the team there.
