Just wanted to know what would be involved if a write off had undamaged ceramic set up on, what would be involved in fitting them ?

so long the mounting brackets, calipers, discs and pads are part of the deal it should be feasible.

I wouldn't have thought so as many people upgrade fronts, discs, calipers, pads, hoses etc and leave rears alone.

Cars specified with ceramic, have the same steel rear brakes as normal RS4 with steel fronts

You have to tell the ABS to work with Ceramics AFAIK, but I think this can be done by someone who knows about that sort of thing...

Thanks. I should have asked if there is advantage in upgrading the rear?

The rear steel discs are the same.........they warp just the same as the all round steel brakes unfortunately
