Knocking when turning left

Just had my front two shocker replaced last week and its bin fine up until today i was driving back from work and every time i turn left while driving it keeps making a knocking sound. Did not do this before it went in for drc so what do you guys think? Isit something to do with the front shocks Audi have replaced?

Exactly the same on mine but knocking on o/s when on full lock, sounds a bit like a knackred cv joint, back tothe dealer I think!

Booked in for 30th 2 get checked out. Not sure what it is yet.
