$3000 for new brakes and rotors!?!?
Well from initial trials I ham happy to report thatdisc skimming also works so for those who want to retain OEM disks but don't want to shell out every time Audi suggest yours are warped, they can be done front and rear. From what I have been advised they casn be skimmed up to a maximum of three times so that should see me through the set.
I must say it is great to have a car that stops properly again. However after I have used the two OEM sets of disks I have front and rear I will probably swithc to Wilwood of JHM rotors unless I can find a cheap ceramic set.
