Audi Ceramics

Post by P_G » Thu Jun 11, 2009 3:45 pm

Having a discussion today about RS4 brakes and the fact that I believe a third set of steel discs on mine have warped, we went on to talking about ceramics. The question is are they ceramics front and rear or just at the front?

Was offered a set of fronts for a reasonable price of a written off rear shunt RS4 saloon but thoguht they should have fronts and rears?

It's only fronts - rears are totally standard

I believe the Audi ceramics were a front only option. 'Movit' have a B7 RS4 ceramic brake set for both axles.

Not a fab of those MOV-IT discs, they look a bit "bland", no vents or groves, admit though the Callipers do look good.

Bloomin eck you lot, the ceramic vultures are definitely out today! That's two offers.

Think I will go for them, just need to get the cash together given my already expensive month on the car to the tune of £2.5K and it's only the 11th of the month!

Sorry, but the ceramic grey will be perfectly offset by my sprint blue paintwork. Hands off you gits!
