Has anyone used Audi Whetstone (North West London) ? Are they any good? I need to book my car in for some warranty work, but I want a company that keeps me updated and phones me back.
Most importantly I want my car fixed....

Only spoken to Whetstone on the sales side and they were useless. Was looking to buy a used RS4 from them; no call backs, took 4 attempts to get through and then they wouldn't even consider p/x'ing my S4 against it.

I can recommend Harold Wood Audi on the A12 Colchester Road for sales and servicing, have bought my last 4 Audi's from them plus they have helped friends and the warranty work done on my car as PDI has always been good.

Only one meeting with them.
They looked at a noisy power steering pump for me while I waited one Saturday morning. Fitted me in at fairly late notice when Finchley Road couldn't.
Not outstanding service, but not cr@p either.
