Deposit for next RS4

Hi, could anyone tell me what sort of deposit the dealer will want if I put my nam down for the next RS4, and is this generally negotiable

I wouldn't put down a deposit on a car they don't make! Might be a long wait.

(usually £1000 - £1500 dependant on the dealer)

Ditto, the dealer will take you money off you anyway but the next RS4 is some way away, don't waste your money.

And in this climate they could well have gone bust before (if) it gets made and you'd kiss it goodbye.

I'd want to see the car, what standard spec and price including trade in, before committing a £1 of my cash and never let the dealer know you want/have to have the car.

Second that - no dealer gets even 1p of my money until I've driven a demonstrator.

The RS5 will be out before the next RS4, Audi SA are saying delivery in SA in September 2010, so you should have it earlier.
