+19-21mpg would more than DOUBLE my mpg.

+60bhp is THREE times what any reputable tuner has achieved.

Devices and adverts like this ALWAYS appear whenever there is a significant rise in fuel prices.

NONE of them have ever been proven to work in independent scientific tests.

Don't waste a single penny on any of them.

The seller hasn't responded to the question s I've asked him (basically do you have any proof for your claims?) - no surprise there!

Probably no point trying to get eBay to remove the item - they are less use than a chocolate teapot in cases like this.
