I have mine hosted on Photobucket and just link it directly - seems to work.



On topic though, if you're going to retro fit I wouldn't go any darker than the lightest tint. As the glass has a slight tint from the factory, it goes perfect with the light window film without looking too gangster or chav. And don't forget it'll make the window heater wires stand out like buggery.

I think standard front windows with privacy in all 5 rear, really suits the Avant.

My taste differs to victor's, looks really odd to my eyes, avants with OEM privacy look like hearses for some reason - is there a technical reason why they do not do the front windows to match?

I think it's illegal to have the front windows tinted.

Can only be done from B-pillar back, hence why all manufacturers only offer this setup

Front tint is now a three points and the fine, have factory on mine and...........HATE IT but the car was pre spec'd.

I think it's not so much the tint as the mirror doing that - I always turn mine off to see better, and did in my S4 which had normal glass. Anyhow, the headlights behind should always be getting dimmer. If they're not, you either driving too slowly or being chased!

Piece about your insurance may be invalid is a bit scary if you have an accident at night the insurance could just walk away.
