Well that report was accurate, not!!

The RS4 is the family car, so there is no way that the RS5 would replace it.

My real current issue is what to replace the Cayman S with............any ideas?

If it had a pair of blowers and 470HP+ you (for non-family/saloon owners) would be mad not to buy on. It could become THE RS to own.

Hmmm, if they made a 5 seat coupe then I would go for it but with 3 Children the RS4 is perfect and deposit down for the next one....

I always imagined the RS5 will be MORE expensive than an RS4 - coupes usually are

how does the S5 compare in cost to the old S4?

quattrokid,

It would be awesome to have that inline 5 burble back I agree.

The other half wants a TT RS and with turbos, the tuning potential should take it easily into the 400's...

Boys, I have the first RS5 on order at Rading Audi (should they decide to go into manafacture). I was going to buy the M3 before it proved its self as such a dull car, the RS4 has managed to plug that gap for me for now. Hopefully the RS5 will raise the bar again.
