Yeah, avoid Finchley Road if you can. A very busy lot so they're always booked up weeks ahead (not really their fault). Pleasant enough head tech guy, but no faith in anybody else there in the workshop (they drove mine out with loose exhaust brackets - LOUD - and just expected me to drive off like everything was normal. Useless. That did it.). Rafiq on service reception is pretty stand-up, but beware sales... especially the younger guys.OliF-H wrote:As an aside does anyone know a good Audi dealership in London? Dovercourt Battersea (now Southfields) have just lost my business, and I've been warned off Finchley Road and West London (Victoria)...
I moved to Audi Watford which is worth the extra 15 mins or so up the M1. It's a brand new centre with plenty of space. Quicker bookings and (so far) polite, friendly, non-patronising staff (reception, service and workshop included).
Both part of the same group, but couldn't be further apart in terms of customer service.
