Ironically, I agree with Robbo66 that the sport button does seem a bit naff on a car of this calibre. I would prefer for the car to run permanently in sport mode. That way I wouldn't have to create a diversion in order to switch the button on undetected.

Fast women, fast cars - hmm, peaches and cream the perfect combination!!! :bigblink:
R32 DPB 58 (bl**dy recession)
RS4 Avus Saloon (07) B7 (RIP)
M3 Conv (feel the rays)
M3 Saloon (back in the saddle- yes)
325i M sport (my wife's idea)
Impreza STi V5 (cheap Jap power-great)

Mine instantly knows I'm gonna switch into Sport mode... and she just smiles at me and giggles, Saying, You and your toys.. She also rekons the S button is called the loud button and was only put there for us men.
But saying that, she loves giving it beans, and she really enjoys playing with those idiots who sit up your arse in a done up hatch back.
She took it to work the other day, whilst on a ciggarette break, all her male staff followed her to the car park, She got them standing around the car, like school kids on a day out at a motorshow..Reving the engine up for them to hear. And she rekons I'm a show off..

Women.... Love e'm

in the r8 there is no sport button. I miss it, but then again it's in permanent sport mode. Just doing some research with superchips and 'wow' there is even better performance than the previous rs4. Still honing it, so will report laters
