Hello sir;

Thanks for your reply. Candidly, you are correct in one point: I did not email you folks only because, although you folks had been mentioned as having remaps for a B7 RS4, your website (even today) does not list it, nor does it list dyno charts, etc. I simply did not make the connection between you personally and your involvement with MRC...my apologies, as I probably should've asked you directly.

Earlier in this thread, someone asserted that US tuners are doing this mod....you pointed out that US tuners don't have the equipment; I think you can see where the confusion comes from.

I didn't mean to imply that I was looking for something for free. Although I've built several show cars using a blend of my own dollars and sponsorships, more recently, I offer up my credit card number and if I don't deliver what I promise, I invite the tuner to bill me retail.

I totally understand that demand may be low here in the US, but I know of at least four tuners that would chase this: Stasis Engineering, GMG Racing Stratmospher and APR. There are several smaller tuners that might be interested as well and I know GIAC and others are working on it now.

I'd be curious to learn more about the cost of the equipment to load the remap...if the economics make sense, I might pursue distributorship of the software independent of existing tuners (I did exactly this in the 1990's with another product).

Nevertheless, I completely understand that business is business and if the economics don't make sense for you or other European tuners, I'll sit back and wait until the situation plays out in America.

If you'd like contact info for any of the above tuners, PM me.

I think if someone does not answer e-mails.... just phone... when I want somethign bad I pick up my phone....

I recevie myself too much e-mails (incl junk, sex... drugs...) and e-mails get lost sometimes....

an exemple i want to workj with JD engeneering for my personnal motronic upgrade. i did not send an e-mail i phoned....

having mu own little business i notices something which is very often true...
somebody who asks questiosn by e-mails will tupically not buy. if he phones likelihood jumps very high... hence ig you are in business and do not have a lot of time... just wait for phone calls....

Won't comment on the tuner response, but maybe a mention of some advertising for RS246 would have been nice.....
