If you click the link above you will see what tyre size you can run when running different front to back.

You could run front-255.35.20 and back-295.30.20

I did the black wheel thing, but went for satin black and just had the standard wheels re-done with a powdercoat instead of painting.

However I now hae a cunning plan to get some R8 fronts, same size/offset as the RS4 items and have them done in the same colour.

Will post pics.

BTW, I like the wheels, but as others have said could be lower.

Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Yea, I forgot to say that I like the wheels too.

Although having seen an RS with 20" S8(not the new S8, the older one)wheels I'd have to say that they would be my choice.

quite apart from the quattro/size question sheer good taste would prevent me considering such monstrosities. I assume the OP has some link with that wheel maker hence the new member punting them around all the websites.

Its the rolling radius that needs to be the same, across the axles & front to rear. Any differences will load the diff's especially front to rear with the torsen. Sorry.

I expect you will find the R8 uses different tyre aspect ratios on the different tyre widths front to rear to match the rolling radius'

Sorry, I meant the wheels are nasty and I was agreeing that IMHO it cheapens the car.
