Ive been looking very closely at the second hand market also and am expecting to buy one before the year is out..... probably would prefer to go for the newer model with the clear headlight indicators. 56 registration or above so a year old example. My buget will be 45k max! :(

Options will obviously vary from car to car.... im stuck on Sprint Blue with buckets, carbon interior, RS4 buckets and wheel, tech pack. Everything else optionwise would be better.

I would personally just keep a eye on Autotrader, Pistonheads, Audi.co.uk etc and just make your mind up nearer to the time....... prices may hold at the 40k mark for a while.

Just read today the Chancellor is looking to hit gas guzzlers. It will be interesting to see what that works out to be?

Yeah also heard about this..... mainly effects cars registered April 06 onwards and all new cars after this Wednesday..... nothing confirmed though.... expect high tax band to be £400 approx.

Still wont stop me getting a guzzler to be honest..... the amount of pleasure and the way a car makes me feel is worth more than £400 in road tax!!!
