RS4 Cab

I bought a year old RS4 with 4k miles on it in 2001 for 42k from an Audi dealer so for prices to go up in such a small period is mad. A new S8 is about that much.
There are loads on autotrader starting from 56k

I would guess about £61. Unless you go exclusive, there isn't much to spec on the cab. It'll be back on the forecourt for £59,995 no doubt.

so all in all I got about the same for my saloon (a smidging better). loks like you can pencil £5K loss in when you drive out of the show room and thats twice as much as Id have thought in 3 or 4 months!

Selling back to a dealer after a few months is always a major loss maker though.

There are no private buyers though!

Even tho you can buy private and save at least £2k no one seems to wants to take the risk. I held off as long as I could.

It sounds like i was v lucky to only lose £2.5k on my avant. They put it back on at £55k and sold it within 2 days. Nice work if you can get it.

You did well, as long as there was still a list of potential buyers with the dealers the cars were holding good value.

Ho hum.
