Sorry for the crosspost but if you're interested in how Audi in America has screwed me on a lemon RS4 after 3 weeks of it being in the Shop from practically the day I took delivery, then here you are:

I hope they do better by it for you guys across the pond.

Dont think this is personal, Audi is a big company, and as such, have to follow policy........ not much help to you i know. I went through a similar level of frustration with my first B5, in 7 months of ownership, the car spent four months on the workshop floor, a combination of untrained mechanics and new product meant most of the time was waiting for new parts. Add in 27 bent wheels and it all looked a bit grim. Eventually, it got sorted and I ended up with a new car which I still have five years later and no problems with it. Take a chill pill, go hire a luxury car and pass the costs back to Audi, and when the pressure is off, things might pan out better..........most of all, enjoy your vacation!

Wow sorry to hear about that what a nightmare you have to keep pushing I'm sure you will get what you want. Also not to sure if you aware but the RS4 is assembled in 2 places (each car) so there is possible a lot Audi do not know about vehicle as so new. Just my two pennies - good luck
