Why do you think, that it is a PLUS??? I think it is a normal S6 4,2 V8...

I think the problem is, that only the S6 2,2 Turbo was official by Audi exported to the UK and USA. If you want to have a V8 you have to importe it by your self.
Maybe David think´s that every S6 V8 is a S6PLUS...

unfortunately i couldn´t find a picture with it....
but it´s a italian import

Sorry for the delay.
I think it's an S6Plus because it was posted up as such on the UK Audi owners club website by a member who I believe looked into it to confirm.

most...almost every audifreak in the UK or the USA thinks that the s6plus is a s6 v8 with a 4.2 engine.....///because this car was never delivered in those countries.....Official they have only had the 2.2 turbo.
Here in Europe/mainland we had the s6 v8 4.2 and the 2.2 turbo.....
maybe due to the confussion many people think that the v8 4.2 is also called s6plus.... [img]images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
.....to tell you the truth.....most people over here don't even know that the car excists.....even audi/vag dealers [img]images/graemlins/033102bad_1_prv.gif[/img]...

Totaly agree, i didnt know anything about S6+ till i was told only a few days ago!
And i drive an S6 Avant (but was i supposed to know?!?!?!)

marc is from germany , and I´m from holland...We try to do our best to write in englisch. But as there is so little info about the s6plus(most info about the s6plus is hard to find in englisch..because those cars never came to the us or england)
