Hi Jase, the RR operator should disconnect the rear wheels for TT's, S3's etc... to give more reliable figures.JaseS3 wrote:Nige, from what i have heard it is very difficult to get good power read outs from the s3's due the Haldex system interfering. Not that i am fighting any corners as i have a revo on mine and like the chaps at mrc. lol.

Even then you might not get the actual figure, mine was healthy and with a stage 1 map only gave a headline figure of 226bhp on a Dyno Dynamics RR. The run was done with the fuse pulled on the Haldex.
As was pointed out at the time - 2wd with 4wd losses.

RE: Re: RE: MRC STAGE 2 REMAP
So how is one supposed to get an actual power read out? Can you use Vag-Com to do one?
RE: Re: RE: MRC STAGE 2 REMAP
You can get an approximate figure using VAG-COM measuring the MAF reading - divide by 0.8 to get approx bhp.
