Carbon Ceramic Brakes

Does anyone know if you can fit the discs to a std caliper?

The big problem is the cr@p caliper design.

For the money you would need to spend on ceramic discs you'd be better buying a good Porsche brake kit at half the price.
Just can't get the smile off my face......
