Anyone has a MRC remap to their S3 yet, had one on my old S4 and it was superb :D :D . However their seems to be much more choise of maps with the 1.8T lump. Just wanted to know how it compares to jabba, revo,CC, etc, any Roling Road results would be very good.

Never had that many RR'd in the UK but there are quite a few people running our remaps on S3s out there, but possibly not on this forum....

Should be around 270 to 280 BHP I would say, maybe more but that's hard to predict like that!!! some cars will go to around 290, some just won't.

That varies too much from an engine to another, and also from a dyno to another, we've seen close to 290 BHP on an S3 with the standard K04, but it does not mean we can promise these numbers to anyone that has an S3. In general, I would say if the engine is in a good condition and you have a really decent, free flowing exhaust with no cats, 280 to 290 should be the max you'll get, but that does not mean your specific car and engine will produce 290 BHP necessarily.

Hope you understand,

mihnea

Thank's Mihnea, I know what you are saying. However those figuers look good to me i would be very happy with that. I have a milltek with milltek de cat what down pipe would be best? Also a friend of mine has a skoda VRS 1.8t he has a full exhaust and sport cat, what's the rough figures for that too?

Hi guys, sry to revive the post but I gave my S3 the MRC treatment last summer. I had a custom remap done by Doug. I couldn't recommend them enough, great service and the difference in the car was amazing.

I went APR from Awesome GTi in Manchester about 5 years ago! I love it, but then I have nothing to compare it to!

272.5bhp & 297lb/ft from Impossible perfomance. Engine rebuild will explain high torque figure on standard turbo and intercoolers but goes like a demon from 5k...
