Xenon lights

Hey guys, i have an 02 S3 and was wandering if any of you fine people have had to change a Xenon lamp. As i was driving home tonight the passengers side headlight suddenly decided to shine red
????????. if someone knows how much they are and if they're easy to change, let me know!

They're not cheap - the gas discharge lamp is in the region of £110 +VAT from Audi.
Not changed one myself though..

Just look out for D2S bulbs. You may have to get a pair to make sure both headlight bulbs are the same colour.
HIDs4U stock them.
I have found it easier to take the headlight out to change the bulbs, it makes it alot easier to see what you are doing, and lessens the chance of damaging the bulb.
The worst bulb to change is the sidelight bulb IME, the others are pretty easy.
