Some advice please guys.
I am in the process of trying to sell my S4 and i am going to give an S3 a try.
I would like some opinions on whether i should be going for a lower mileage pre facelift or a facelift with more miles.
Any opinions?
Thanks
Paul

post facelift - interior looks better and I prefer the front and rear lights/badging - but that is just my opinion, of course it depends on the mileage difference too to an extent

I would say facelift, is there really that much difference between a 2000 MKI and a 2001 MKII with similar specs?
The one piece xenons, boot flute, interior etc. are way better in my opinion, plus the engine is different too! Not sure of engine codes (see sticky) but its either 210bhp or 225bhp....both chip to 270bhp for approx. £500
Here is my 2001, X reg facelift 210/257/270bhp car -

so face lift it is then even with the higher mileage.
will try for a BAM code (225) but doesn't sound like too much of a worry as it will be getting chipped at Star Performance and so Approx 265 i think.
Just need to sell S4 now
thanks for the tips guys
cheers
