Hi

I have a standard car (except chipped) with F1's all round.

I've been running them at 32psi, is this the best for the road? (no tracks)

glen from the audi-sport forum tried many different pressures on his S3 before doing all the suspension stuff and he recommended 32 front and 36 rear. this gave the best balance between grip and durability.

I also run this and felt the difference from 32 all round. Feels to understeer less.

I'll try increasing the rears then ;) Do you think it is reducing the understeer by increasing the oversteer due to high pressures/less grip at the rear?

Had to fill up today, so I changed the rears, but checked the fronts too. Aren't those petrol station digital machines rubbish?!?!?! Took my digital guage, the machine was out 2psi ....

The first thing I noticed was how it rolled upto the islands etc.....

36 is the standard (listed in the fuel filler cap) for factory fit 18s
