...of my black on black 03 s3 (which I have been loving) - it refuses to change gears mid freeway....

Clutch cable or hydraulics or similar must be gone? *sigh* - needed a tow *deeper sigh* I guess I find out tomorrow.

All covered by audi for the next 2 years under the extended warranty- although I'd prefer to have hassle free driving.

Apparently the master cylinder / slave cylinder is gone.

Audi center claim to have seen it before a few times on s3... Anyone else suffer this?

Yep, mine did this. But my pedal went to the floor.

My pedal went close to the floor but the usual heaviness was absent.

Was all good after it was fixed?
