S3 Newbie - Have questions

First of all very good forum guys, lots of information I found useful in deciding on and eventually purchasing an S3. Thanks very much.

Just put a deposit down on a very nice S3. I'm looking for a recommended garage in the (east) London area any recommendations?

I am tempted to take out an Audi warranty, is this really likely to be worth it? It's already modded and has specialist rather than dealer service history. Not even sure what sort of price they are charging for it and whether would cover it, but is the Audi warranty a worthwhile purchase?

Any other hints or tips for a newbie would be much appreciated.

Hi mate,

I doubt Audi will cover as it doesn't have a full history by themselves. If it is also modded, you're probably best saving your money.

When you say garage, what kind of work are you talking about?

Nothing specific. Just an alternative to a stealer.

Ideally a trusted VAG specialist who knows these cars inside and out.

Bit thin on the ground over here, most take the drive to AmD or QST.
