Hi,

New to the forum, but been a watcher for a while ! Hopefully someone here can help me...as I'm a car amateur mechanic amateur. The hose being pointed at in the attached picture is split, can anyone tell me what it is and its purpose ? I've recently had a new MAF because the car seemed underpowered. New MAF and the car felt like brand new. A couple of weeks on and the car seems to have lost boost again - is it related to this hose? I know the hose needs replacing whatever it is but im itching to know if its related to my power loss !! ??

Been to the garage with the hose.... its turbo related. Parts on order, so should cure the power problem !
