A noise when turning

Now I have a noise when turning. It only happens when the car is warn, but not after a good run or when it is cold, and it only seems to happen when drive is engaged. Any ideas :evil:
Audi S3 MTM 269bhp, full Miltek stainless steel exhaust, K&N pane filter, and some other bits and bobs
