Bilstein coilover suspension kit

Hey guys,
I am thinking about upgrading the suspension of my S3. I am looking for a coilover, so I can tailor the ride height (In Brazil it´s very important because the roads are not too good
) - keep the stock height during daily driving and lower it during track days. Any experiences and opinions about this upgrade?
