My car has Bose but only the Chorus Cassette/Tuner with 6CD in the boot.
I'm considering a retrofit of the In dash 6xCD for convenience and also if the sound quality/tuner is higher quality.
Is it a straightforward unplug and plugin job or more complicated? I presume I will lose my cup holder and the ASR switch goes elsewhere?
Upgrade to 6-CD In dash
Re: Upgrade to 6-CD In dash
6 disk in dash is Symphony II
cup holder etc stays where it is, the climate goes lower and you loose the pocket...
Here is picture of my sat Nav Plus, but the Symphony II takes up the same space.....

Symphony II is indeed a 6 disc in dash changer.

Hi Ross,
I would prefer to go the whole hog and fit satnav too. I am pretty handy with electronics but I recknon its quite a job. Also not cheap even if you get the navigation plus second hand.
