Afternoon chaps.
Just made the jump to S3 land after getting rid of my boxster.
red 2003 with 11 miles on the clock, and loaded with just about everything. Pick the bugger up on Friday and cannot wait.

Cheers

Hope you have a good time here
Why did you change from a Boxster to an S3? Is it the cold and wet winter months ahead?

Easy,

1998 box.=205bhp. no audio upgrade.= 2 sh*tey speakers in the dash. needed brakes and tyres oh and a clutch... so basically was ready for something else.

The S3 was frankly, superb, also brand new totally loaded spec so it was no choice in the end.
And what about those chrome mirrors eh?

Top choice mate for a change of motor, most people go the other way
Is it metallic or straight red?

Cheers

Well it depends on how you look at it... UK list prices are always high and for the BOSE option asking price you could have got a aftermarket system which is far better. I had BOSE in my car as i like the OEM look and are not really a bass nutter like some........

The 18" tyres have very good grip and im sure you will love your car like all the others including me

ARRGGH.
Typical, picked the car up Sat. but only drove it for 5 miles due to going to a birthday party.
Drove it to work today, 25 miles and get a puncture.
brand new 18' mich. pilot sport, flat as a pancake.
I better get it fixed 100% or replaced by the dealer later on, otherwise the toys will be out of my pram.

Oh, fantastic car, much prefer it to the boxster.
