Original alloys paint code?

Hi
I've owned my S3 since Feb 03 and use it every day, just rolled into 135k miles
The lacquer on the bonnet had peeled off,so I've had the front painted and the wheels refurbed.
Unfortunately it's going back because the wheels don't match the original centre caps.
Does anyone have the paint code to make them look original again? Thought it would make things easier....
