Received a phone call from Smith Knight Fay, have been invited, weekend of 10th September to the launch of the the Sportback version with the 3.2V6 in it; "Mr M, would you like to come over and drive this as it will be the body style for the RS3 you have ordered" No official order book open on RS3 yet from Audi; I am #1 on their dealer allocation though! :lol:

You are all correct.
Its a chiped, 3.2 ,s3 I discovered.
Im told he knows my car so Im more lightly to kepp you all posted but not on the rs3 section.

Market forces dictate that this car will be produced.....Focus Cosworth, New Mitsubishi Evo etc etc; the market sector is too big to ignore.

It seems that with this 330bhp S3 coming, there is no reason for such a RS3 coming as we all expected :( :( :(

Audi was too quick and didn't regard the fact that the 3,2 V6 A3 has already 250bhp.
Sorry, but: :audibash:

It would of course be possioble to build an RS3 (with lets say close to 400bhp), but it would make no sense! :!:
