Owner programming

Post by r5bmb » Tue Mar 29, 2005 9:36 pm

Hi guys,

I've heard there are some DIY codes you can put in via the dash.

I know the one to change from degrees c to degrees f on the dash display, but was wondering if there any others that are worth trying?

Anyone??

Cheers

Andrew

There are loads of things you can do, there was a full list on AS.net a while ago, I have it printed at home, but can't remember any of them.

Whatever you do, don't pay for it off ebay!

http://www.wak-tt.com/climate/climatecodes.htm might be what you're looking for.

Add 17 - road speed and 27 - rpm to the list and you've got all the useful ones.

Note that the list linked to from the site above is for A4 - the codes are not all correct for TT / S3.
