Advice needed please on S3- is over 500bhp possible?

Usually hang out in RS4 B7 area but fancy some lighter and smaller..,.

Just stumbled across this on eBay and wondered if it's any of you guys or know of car?

What are your first thoughts and does the maths add up with power it's making or should I give it a wide birth!

It's a 1.8 bored out to 1.9 making 500/450

There's no link but I assume you mean the yellow one.

I had the 345bhp mtm s3 and was a tool but laugh, this I assume would also be very leggy looking at the size of that turbo, but at the same time a riot.......as long as the gear ratios don't become a hindrance.

I'd say go for it!

Check that the con rods have been upgraded as at 350 or so bhp they bend. Other than that the BAM engine should take it.
