I am going to fit a FMIC on my S3 in the next few weeks i have done some research into it, but would also like some feedback from people that already have them fitted. Forge seem to be the way to go but a bit costly, found one made by Godspeed that look ok anybody using??

Cheers

I have the Forge FMIC fitted to my S3. Its good, but it really depends on what you're expecting and what your current set-up is.

An FMIC won't give your car any more power. There's a chance that you may loose power if you go for an incorrect core size and end up with a pressure drop (the reason I went with Forge). The benefits of having one fitted can only really be noticed if the car has a highly strung remap, whilst running in hot weather. It will let the car produce the power you have for a little longer before heat-soak sets in. Not generally needed if your car is standard.

Definately required if you're going down the BT route - just about to reply to your PM.
