headlight washers raised

Hey everyone
Just a quick query - any ideas why my headlight washers would sit up slightly so that it tilts back and forward - ie not tight down against bumper.
Only on drivers side and i think the previous owner had to replace that one for some reason.
Any ideas for a fix?
