As my previous post states I have been into fords ( ok just sierras ) and ran a sierra 2.9 12v 4x4 estate that had been stroked to 3.6 ltrs by an engine builders and it was probably the best engine I have ever run. My question is can this 4.2 be stroked or is it too 'small', and if so are their any kits out there ???

Simple answer: no.

There's plenty on Audizine about it but basically it would require very expensive specialist tools that your average garage won't have.

I wouldnt go anywhere near a garage with this request !!, I have spoken to a couple of engine builders but it appears no one has even tried opening the V8 up in this country.

Its a bit of a dissapointment

I havent given up yet, the chains are due to be done so I would rather get the rebuild done at the same time

My Forza 4 Audi S4 is a S/C 4.8.............................MORE LIKE IT !!!!!!
