Master window switch panel

Hi guys,
I'm after a new switch panel as the covering on the edge of mine has rubbed off.
Cant find any on ebay at the mo, my mate had a later one but this had too many pins for the plug!
Does anyone know if a LHD model one will work on the opposite door?
