Why would a dealer only change 4 plugs

Looking at my car history I can see that the plugs were changed at 44k and then at 80k. However at 80k the dealers paperwork only shows 4 plugs which I thought was unusual. What possible reason would there be to only change 4 out of 8?
Cheers

Because they're tight fisted. They should do them all at the same time, but when they're paying I can easily see them only replacing the plugs that visual looked tired.
Or possibly a problem on one bank that caused it's plugs to need replacing

I found out the owner had a mate at the dealer so I am now thinking he just didn't get charged for the other 4 plugs.
