How much oil for oil change?

Tried a search but couldnt find the answer. How much oil is required for an oil change including filter on the S4?

B5 RS4
99 - Carerra 2
05 - T5 shuttle daily.

I believe its 8 or 9 litres...

It's supposed to be 9 litres but, the one time I did it, only about 8 went in.

Audi S4 Avant (B6, 2004) in Goodwood Green.
